There`s Blood On My Hands

There`s blood on my hands
there`s guilt in my heart
cause the blood on my hands
is of the harmless and innocent.

There`s blood on my hands
and i tried to wash away the traces
by putting it under the rushing gales of water
but alas!!! to no avail.

And oh dear GOD
there`s blood on my hands
for which i ask for ur divine forgiveness,
and am sure u won`t deny me
since it`s my duty that i have to fulfill !
